Microneedling-RF (radiofrequency microneedling)
Collagen building, with respect for Indian skin.
Microneedling-RF is one of the few collagen-building procedures that genuinely belongs in a clinic that treats Indian skin. Insulated needles pass through the epidermis and deliver controlled radiofrequency energy into the dermis — building collagen where it matters, while sparing the pigment-rich surface that older fractional lasers tend to disturb.
On Fitzpatrick III–V skin, this matters. CO2 and erbium fractional resurfacing carry a real risk of post-inflammatory pigmentation; microneedling-RF carries a much lower one, while still moving the needle on acne scars, pores, mild laxity and stretch marks.
A realistic course is 3–6 sessions spaced 4–6 weeks apart. It is not a one-and-done procedure, and it is not a substitute for surgery on serious laxity. Within its lane, it is one of the most reliable tools we have.
