History and examination
Assess scalp appearance, the pattern of loss and hair changes. Further tests or a biopsy are considered when needed to clarify diagnosis.

Find the cause of the change before choosing a hair treatment.
Hair-loss care at SkinWise starts with your history and scalp examination. Pattern thinning, temporary shedding, patchy loss and inflammatory scalp conditions need different approaches. Tests are selected when they can clarify the cause or guide treatment. Medicines and procedures are discussed with their benefits, limitations and maintenance needs.
Tell us whether the change is sudden or gradual, diffuse or patchy, and whether the scalp is itchy, painful or flaky. Recent illness, childbirth, medicines, restrictive diets and family history may be relevant; several causes can coexist.
Treating a deficiency, pattern hair loss or scalp inflammation involves different decisions. A supplement or injection package should not substitute for diagnosis. Bring photographs and previous reports rather than ordering a standard panel of tests before the visit.

Minoxidil and selected prescription medicines may be appropriate for pattern loss. Temporary shedding or patchy autoimmune loss should not automatically receive the same plan.
PRP may be discussed for selected pattern hair loss. Studies use different preparations and schedules, and evidence for PRP does not establish equivalent benefit from GFC or mesotherapy.
Ask how long treatment should be tried, how progress will be measured, what maintenance might involve and which adverse effects require contact. Hair-transplant surgery is offered at Mitta Plaza; suitability needs a separate assessment.
Bring medicines, supplement labels, prior reports and photos showing the change. Mention recent illness, pregnancy or childbirth and major dietary changes.
Ask about application or prescription instructions, side effects and when to review. Do not assume unexpected or persistent shedding is always a normal treatment response.
Visible change can take months and varies with the diagnosis. Some conditions need ongoing treatment; some cannot fully regrow. Agree what counts as a useful response before adding procedures.
Not every cause of hair loss benefits from PRP. It may be considered for selected pattern loss, but the diagnosis, medical options and uncertain added benefit should be discussed first.
No. Route changes the risks, suitability and monitoring. Oral treatment requires an individual prescription discussion; do not switch routes or doses yourself.
Use supplements for an identified need or clinical recommendation. More supplementation is not necessarily helpful, and excess nutrients can cause harm.
An initial assessment usually starts with questions about the hair loss and an examination of the scalp and hair. Tests depend on the suspected cause. Blood tests or a scalp biopsy may be useful in some cases, but every patient does not need the same test panel. Bring previous results and a list of medicines or supplements if available.

“Thank you so much, doctor, for the timely treatment for my hair fall and skin pigmentation. So glad to see my hair grow back!”
History and scalp examination guide treatment and selected tests. Supplements are appropriate for identified needs, not a substitute for finding the cause of hair loss.
Studies in men with pattern hair loss suggest possible benefit, but bias and differing preparations limit confidence. This evidence does not establish the same effects for GFC, mesotherapy or other hair-loss diagnoses.
Compared specific medicines and routes in men with androgenetic alopecia. Some comparisons were indirect; rankings do not determine an individual's prescription or establish effects in other populations.
