1. The “what do you want” conversation

Subtle, considered injectables — for people who don’t want to look “done”.
Botulinum toxin and dermal fillers at SkinWise are conservative and anatomy-led — frown lines, crow's feet, masseter reduction, lip hydration and cheek volume. Doses and product are decided on examination, with two-week reviews built into the plan. No frozen look, and no per-unit pricing without a consult.
The goal at SkinWise is never a face that looks different. It is a face that looks like itself — rested, less tired, with the lines that bother you softened, not erased.
Dr Khushboo’s injectable philosophy is conservative: small, planned doses; symmetrical, anatomy-respecting placement; honest conversations about what botulinum toxin and dermal fillers can and cannot do.
We treat both functional concerns (jaw clenching, gummy smile, neck bands) and aesthetic ones (frown lines, crow’s feet, lip hydration, under-eye hollows, mid-face volume) — always within what looks natural for your face.

Most lines come from surprisingly few targeted areas. Treating fewer areas, well, looks better than treating many.
FDA-approved botulinum toxin brands and hyaluronic-acid fillers. No permanent fillers, no unregulated products.
We can always add more — we cannot take it back. Top-ups, if needed, are done at the 2-week review.
20–40 minutes in clinic.
Tiny needle, topical numbing where useful. Most patients describe it as quick and easily tolerated.
Begin at day 3, full effect at day 14, lasts 3–4 months.
Immediate volume; mild swelling for 2–3 days; full settling at 2 weeks; lasts 6–18 months depending on product and area.
Mild bruising is possible — plan injectables 2 weeks before any major event, not the same week.
With our doses, almost never — they’ll notice you look rested. The “frozen” look is a dose and technique choice, not an inevitable outcome.
3–4 months for most people. The muscle gradually returns to its previous strength; you decide whether to top up.
Hyaluronic-acid fillers are well-studied and reversible with hyaluronidase if needed. We do not use permanent fillers.
Sometimes yes, often no. It is the riskiest area for puffiness and migration. We say no more often than yes, and proceed only in well-selected anatomy.
Light walking, yes. Heavy workouts and saunas, wait 24 hours. Avoid massaging the area for at least 4 hours.
Area-specific notes on what we see and how we treat for patients from each part of the south-east Bengaluru corridor:
Most plans at SkinWise begin with a focused 15-minute consultation. We map the concern, talk through what you’ve tried, and only then suggest what comes next — no oversell.
